Daniel O. Tully
Daniel O. Tully is a Partner and co-founder of Connecticut Elder and Disability Law Firm in Bristol, CT. He is a graduate of Vermont Law School.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Norwich University - The Military College of Vermont. 

Daniel O. Tully is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Connecticut and lectures on Medicaid, estate administration and estate planning for the elderly  with long term medical needs.  Mr. Tully is a member of the board of directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association (Elder Law Section) and the Waiver Task Force of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  He was the chairperson of NAELA 2001 Advanced Institute and co-chair of NAELA's Practice Development/Practice Management Special Interest Group.

Mr. Tully has been admitted to practice before the Connecticut Bar and the United States District Court of Connecticut.

As a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Connecticut, Mr. Tully handled the prosecution of fraudulent transfers and Medicaid cases.

Mr. Tully frequently addresses civic and professional groups.  His lectures pertain to Medicaid, estate administration and estate planning for the elderly with long-term medical needs.

Mr. Tully concentrates his practice in the field of Elder Law with emphasis on Estate Planning and Medicaid Law.  His trained professional staff provides personalized service with Medicaid Planning, Medicaid Applications and Appeals, Elder Law Issues and Estate Planning.

Mr. Tully, licensed to practice law in Connecticut, is an author and lecturer. He is author of the Connecticut Nursing Home Guide. He also writes Elder Law Today, a monthly publication for professionals. He has written numerous articles on Elder Law and has been published by National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); Connecticut Bar Association; and Medical Education Services.  Mr. Tully lectures frequently on Elder Law issues as well as on the legal issues faced by families who have a loved one with Alzheimer's. 
 

Dean B. Kilbourne
Dean B. Kilbourne is a Partner and co-founder of Connecticut Elder and Disability Law Firm in Bristol, CT.  Attorney Dean B. Kilbourne is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla., graduating with High Distinction and Honors.

Mr. Kilbourne has been admitted to practice before the Connecticut Bar, the United States District Court of Connecticut, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Association, and the Bristol Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.  

Mr. Kilbourne is a former member of the Workers' Compensation Executive Committee and Law-related Education Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association.  He served as Editor-in-Chief of Compensation Quarterly.

He is an assistant corporation counsel for the City of Bristol, and is a former associate of the Hartford law firm of Rogin, Nassau, Caplan, Lassman & Hirtle.

Mr. Kilbourne is a life-long resident of Bristol.
 

Richard A. Goodine, Jr.
Attorney Richard A. Goodine, Jr., is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Castleton State College, castleton, Vermont.

Mr. Goodine has been admitted to practice before the Connecticut Bar and the United States District Court of Connecticut.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecicut Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Association and the Bristol Bar Association.

Mr. Goodine is the former president of the Roger Williams Moot Court Honor Society.  He also practiced as a student attorney at the Roger Williams University Criminal Defense Clinic in Providence, Rhode Island.

Mr. Goodine is a life-long resident of Bristol.
